Jeff Melville, LUTCF

Jeff was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. He fell in love with the Pacific Northwest while backpacking on a summer trip during high school. Jeff graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR, has lived in Breckenridge, CO and Eugene, OR. Jeff has resided in Bend for over 20 years. Jeff worked for Allstate Insurance Company as a Regional Manager for 10 years where he earned many accolades for his service. Jeff started High Desert Insurance and Financial Services in 2002.

Jeff is a lacrosse coach at Summit High School and is Committee Chairman for Boy Scout Troop 25. Jeff has earned the honored designation of Eagle Scout and enjoys skiing, trap shooting and raising his 3 sons with his wife Patsy.

Patsy Melville

Patsy was born in Eugene, OR and graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. The majority of Patsy's work has been in counseling; helping troubled youth and families. Patsy, and her husband Jeff, have lived in Bend for over 20 years, and they are raising 3 very active sons.

Patsy is Secretary of Allied Arts, works with BEAT (Bend Experimental Art Theatre) and volunteers at her children's school. She loves skiing, traveling, cooking and watching her kid's sporting and theatre events.

Kristine Wright

Kristine grew up in a small Utah town and later attended Utah State University. In 1999, she moved to Madras, OR and began working in the insurance industry. She came to work for High Desert Insurance in November of 2003 where she has since been awarded the Oregon Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year award by the PIA in 2009 and she continues to offer outstanding service.

Kristine now lives in Bend, OR with her two children where she is the Training Coordinator for Boy Scout Troop 25 and the Administrative Vice President for Boy Scout Crew 25. She also spends her time participating in sprint triathlons, camping, kayaking, and watching her kid's sporting events.

Mike Wiens

Mike is a native Oregonian who grew up in Dallas, OR before making his way to Bend in the 1970's. He was a co-owner of Bend Recreation before working as an Allstate agent for several years. Mike became an employee of High Desert Insurance in May of 2004.

Mike and his wife Ann raised their two sons in Bend where they enjoy everything that Central Oregon offers.

Holton Melville

Holton was born and raised in Bend, OR. He loves living in Bend and enjoys all that it has to offer. He skis, mountain bikes, and enjoys time at the local lakes. Holton has received the honored designation of All Conference First Team for lacrosse two years in a row. Holton was also Team Captain of his high school lacrosse team.

Tesla Wright

Tesla is a small town girl at heart but loves the opportunities Bend offers. She is a member of Boy Scout Crew 25 where she has been able to participate in activities like camping and sailing. Tesla has also placed in the State Championship for pole vaulting. She loves hiking, camping, and every animal known to man.
